Construction

This condominium complex in downtown Mountain View consists of a +/-23,800 square foot wood-framed structure, built on top of a post-tensioned concrete slab and 25-car parking garage. The wood-framed structure was developed and constructed as owner/builder and carries a construction class designation of Type 5. An engineered sound attenuation system for walls, floors and ceilings was also utilized. This construction project was completed from start to finish in eleven months.
