We have known Craig Awbrey for over thirty years. In the last 15 years we have invested with him on several occasions. Craig brings with him the expertise of a builder, a designer and a realtor. In 2008 we inherited a partially finished 5,200 square foot custom home in Saratoga from a bankrupt builder who left us with expired permits. We hired Craig Awbrey to facilitate the reinstatement of all of our permits with the City of Saratoga. Craig did a excellent job and saved us the tremendous cost of having to start our project from scratch. The Planning commission vote was 7-0 vote in our favor and Craig was then able to facilitate the re-approval of our permits through the building department. We offer our highest recommendation for Craig Awbrey.

The service and professionalism that Craig offers is second to none. Whether it was developing the plan for my 28,000 square foot gym in Redwood City, or assisting with the development of my custom home, Craig has always been there for me. He was hands on through the entire process and truly cares about delivering high quality at affordable pricing. In my opinion, Craig Awbrey is the best builder in the Bay Area!
